摘要：Nonclassical pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine antifolates are described and claimed.Also described and claimed is a rapid analog process which enables a quick work-up ofthe antifolate which avoids costly and time-consuming chromatographic separationtechniques. Also described and claimed are methods of treating susceptible neoplasmswith these nonclassical antifolates. Also described and claimed are methods of treatingpsoriasis and arthritis with these nonclassical antifolates.
