1 introduction

FBD series of coal mine explosion-prooftype pressure into the rotary axial flowlocal fan (hereinafter referred to as thefan), is a relatively long distance tunnel excavation use of a new type of ventilation equipment, mainly used in coal mines need to be larger, the higher the pressure of the excavation face ventilation.

Ventilation machine design, manufacturingand inspection, in line with the coal mine MT222-2007< local ventilation machine technology conditions > coal industry standard, and Q/680417570.01-2013《FBDseries mining of explosion pressure in type of rotating axial local fan technology condition > all provisions, is a safe, reliable, excellent performance, high efficiency of the ventilator products.

The ventilator is used for mine explosion proof equipment, explosion-proof type: explosion-proof type; explosion proof mark: ExdI Mb.

The working mode of the ventilator: \"press in type\" ventilation.

The fan is composed of a wind turbine with an acoustic structure of a body and a two body, an impeller, a two stage impeller, an acoustic diffuser cone, and a wind turbine with a three phase induction motor (see Figure 1):

The impeller of the fan is made of the impeller of the circular arc blade, the two stage is relative rotation and the two stage is the guide vane, which saves the guide vane, avoids the guide vanes, and saves the energy. It can greatly reduce the noise, especially the high frequency noise, improve the supporting plate.

4 basic mechanical design feature

The design of the ventilator can be operated for 13000 hours before the first major overhaul. The air volume, total pressure, total pressure efficiency and other technical performance indexes and the overall dimension of the fan are shown in Table 1, table 2 and figure 1.

5 working environment condition

Under the following conditions, the ventilation function is running continuously in the relevant working condition.

A) above sea level, no more than +1000m; B) ambient air temperature: -15 to +40

C) the relative humidity of the ambient air is not more than 95% (+25). D) without strong vibration and corrosive gas;

E) installed in the underground coal mine ventilation system of a gas explosion hazard within, and supporting the use of positive pressure flexible air duct.

Note: if the use of the above sea level is higher than the +1000m or the highest ambient temperature is higher than the +40, it should be settled according to the provisions of GB755 or the supply and demand sides.

6 installation and trial operation

6.1 the installation and use of the ventilator must comply with the relevant provisions of the safety regulations of coal mine.

6.2 the stator winding insulation performance of the motor should be checked before the well. The insulation resistance of stator windings of the motor should be greater than 50M.

6.3 in the course of transportation and installation of ventilation, it should avoid collision and knock. 6.4 when installation, should check the impeller rotation is flexible, there is no jamming phenomenon. The clearance between the tip and the casing is uniform, gap is in the impeller diameter of 1.5% ~ 3.5% range and not less than 1.0mm.

6.5 fan installation, between the flange connection, should add asbestos rope, or rubber seal, or rubber gasket seal, to prevent air leakage.

6.6 fan and a starter of the installation location must meet the \"coal mine safety regulations\" the relevant provisions, before running connect the inner and outer earth wire.

6.7 according to the motor wiring diagram (Figure 2), the right to access power, so that the direction of the rotation of the impeller with the direction of the body on the direction of signs to indicate the direction.

6.8 fans of the first motor and the two motor should be selected with a lack of phase, over current, short circuit and leakage protection of the starting controller as the control device of the ventilator.

6.9 check the fan of the fastener is complete, firm, and shall not have any loose.

6.10 confirm that the fan is stable and reliable, and can be used for trial operation; running time is more than 30 minutes, and the operation of the test run should be carefully observed.

6.11 fan recommended supporting the use of fan outlet diameter is more than 1.2 times the diameter of rubber or plastic positive pressure flexible air duct.

7 note

7.1 is forbidden to open the electric motor terminal box; prohibit the impact and beat the junction box. 7.2 maintenance or dismantle the motor, should pay particular attention to the protection of the explosion-proof surface, flameproof surface should be coated with Vaseline or other industrial antirust oil.

7.3 fan inlet direction in front of 3M range, are not allowed to have a piece of wood, bamboo sticks, wire and other debris and large pieces of paper, cardboard, plastic bags sacks films such as flakes, so as not to be inhaled fan, fan damage, or block the air inlet, the ventilator can't work normally.

8 operation and maintenance

8.1 the operation of ventilation machine should have full-time or part-time staff management, part-time staff management, the two time between the inspections should not exceed 2 hours, the time of inspection shall not be less than 15 minutes.

8.2 management personnel should always check the sound of the ventilation is normal, whether the connection is loose after Fan continuous work 6 months

8.3 consecutive months, should be checked, the replacement of motor bearing grease once; the addition of grease to the bearing chamber of the 1/2.

8.4 when the ventilator is not used, it should be placed on the air flow, dry, non corrosive gas environment. 9 main faults and troubleshooting methods
