摘要：A data input device, preferably a teletype unit, is proposed in which the paperstorage roll (9) is inserted into the equipment housing (1) immediately behind theprinting mechanism which is accessible via a flap (2). Above the paper storage roll (9), amonitor (30) is mounted on a bracket (20) centrally with respect to the printing

mechanism. The bracket (20) rests with supports (21) in support slots (19) of the housing(1). The bracket (20) with monitor (30) can be brought from the horizontal operatingposition into a stable tilted position pointing backward. In this position, the paperstorage roll (9) can be exchanged from the front without problems.
