摘要：A bedding or seating spring product (1) comprising a spring assembly (10)having multiple rows (2) of coil springs (3) wherein each row of coil springs is made from asingle continuous length of wire and wherein each row contains a plurality of coils (3a, 3b,3c...) interconnected by interconnecting segments (4, 5), alternate ones of which aredisposed in the top and bottom planes of the spring assembly. The interconnectingsegments (4, 5) are generally planar and include U-shaped portions having parallel legs(4c, 5c) and a connecting web (4b, 5b). Adjacent rows of coils are connected by

securement of the web (4b, 5b) of a U-shaped portion of each interconnecting segmentof one row of coils to a pair of spaced portions (4a, 5a) of interconnecting segments (4, 5)of an adjacent row (2).
