On a hot day, I like to stay cool by wearing light and breathable clothing. I usually opt for cotton or linen materials, which allow my skin to breathe and prevent me from feeling too sweaty. I also make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. In addition, I try to stay indoors during the hottest part of the day and take breaks in the shade if I need to be outside. When it's hot outside, I enjoy indulging in cold treats like ice cream, popsicles, or chilled fruits. These help to lower my body temperature and provide a refreshing break from the heat. I also like to take a dip in a pool or relax by the beach to cool off.
In terms of staying healthy in the heat, I make sure to apply sunscreen to protect my skin from the sun's harmful rays. I also try to avoid strenuous outdoor activities during peak temperatures to prevent heat exhaustion or heatstroke.
