positive control to evaluate the inhibitory activity of CGS extract, IC5〇 of acarbose and CGS extract were 0.003 mg/mL and 0. 447 mg/mL，respectively. Meanwhile, 4 compounds from CGS extract by UF-LC-MS were screened and identified. Then by using autodock software， the compounds that combined with 琢- glucosidase were well screened out， including chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A. The inhibitory activity of chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid A against 琢-glucosidase was verified in vitro. The results showed that the inhibitory activity of the compounds toward 琢-glucosidase presented the sequence of acarbose> isochlorogenic acid A>chlorogenic acid. The inhibition rate of isochlorogenic acid A was close to acarbose. The experimental results illustrated that UF-LC-MS and molecular docking could be used to screen high affinity enzyme inhibitors from CGS.

如何制作高质量的图文摘要（Graphical Abstract)

一些期刊对于稿件的要求还包括了 Graphical Abstract，即图文摘要，用来清晰、简洁地展示研究工作最主要的信息， 与论文标题同样重要。尤其是一些影响力大的顶级期刊，大部分都会要求作者提供。

关于制作图文摘要的注意事项，我们在此提供以下6点建议供你参考：

1、 不言自明最重要

因为你的研究工作通常已经比较复杂了，如果Graphical Abstract再绘制得十分繁琐，必然会流失一部分读者的阅读 兴趣。一旦让读者不需要反复思考太多就能理解你想要呈现的是什么，从而决定进一步阅读你的论文，那么你的Graph­ical Abstract 就是成功的。 提供一个清晰、直接的图片展示，尽力做到一目了然。

2、 内容少而精

Graphical Abstract—定是对研究论文提炼出的最重要、最精华的部分。文本摘要和图文摘要之间的区别是，Graph­ical Abstract 应该只着重强调论文的某一个方面，而不是对整体研究的概括总结。你的研究论文可能有一个独特的创新 点和主题，或者包含一些漂亮的研究结果（数据）和实验方法等。这时，你应该只关注其中一个着重点来构思Graphical Abstract，忽略其它次要的内容。所以在开始制作图片之前，重新审视你的论文，确定什么是最值得展示给读者的信息，

是最重要的一步。3、 确定视觉元素内容和展示方式

首先选择你需要展示的视觉元素（例如细胞，蛋白质，化学结构式，动物，仪器耗材，实验结果图……）以及用来描述 它们的文本元素。如果一个概念可以在视觉上呈现，那么显然比用文字描述效果更好。当绘制草图时，考虑清楚你需要 用到的元素，由于Graphical Abstract空间有限，用尽可能少的元素信息来表达你的意图，然后再进一步压缩、简化一下已 有的要点内容，直到无法删减为止。同时确定以哪一种最好的顺序排列（从左到右或从上到下组织）。此外，避免有太 多的视觉元素分散排列，可以为一些图片或文本添加边框，并且相互之间保持合适的距离。尽量不要用太多不同的颜 色，也不要使用过于鲜艳的颜色。4、 展示关键性的文字

Graphical Abstract中不适宜添加较多的文字，读者一般会通过一些特定的关键词和数据对论文的内容和结论做出预 先判断。你可以策略性地将这些可能的关键词插人在图片中，引起读者的兴趣。图中的所有文字应该是同一种字体，并 且使用常见的字体，比如Times New Roman，Arial，Helvetica等等。

coexisting substances, such as acetaldehyde, toluene, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methanol, ethanol and carbon dioxide, do not disturb the determination. The relative deviation of CTL signals of continuous 200 h detection for gaseous mixture containing formaldehyde, benzene and sulfur dioxide is less than 2% , which shows the longevity of the nanometer composite oxide to formaldehyde, benzene and sulfur dioxide. This method makes full use of the cross sensitive phenomenon, and can realize the on-line analysis of formaldehyde, benzene and sulfur dioxide in air.

5、 根据期刊要求制图

将纸上绘制的草图移动到平面设计软件(通常使用PS、AI、PPT等工具）之前，先阅读你提交论文杂志的投稿指南， 了解有关目标期刊对Graphical Abstract的字体类型和大小、线宽、颜色、图片尺寸的信息。不同期刊对图文摘要的要求 不一定完全相同，包括提交文件的格式(PDF，TIFF或PNG)等，事先知晓以免因格式问题被返修。期刊要求的图片是长 方形的还是方形的？这可能会影响你的布局，所以在你的平面设计软件中把画布大小设为期刊要求的尺寸之后再动手 绘制。6、 多借鉴优秀案例

在构思过程中如感到无所适从，可以借鉴一些成功的案例，看得多了自然而然就会做了。虽然你的Graphical Abstract必须是原创且独一无二的，但还是要多阅读并借鉴一下别人论文中的示例，尤其是一些髙影响力的期刊论文，还 有你要投稿的目标期刊。这可以帮助你了解Graphical Abstract应当如何对内容进行安排和取舍。除此之外，制作完成 后给同行评价一下，记录他们从中获得和遗漏的信息与细节，以便做出相应调整。
