摘要：A method of controlling a mobile communication service which can provide a

mobile communication device with always-on services is provided. In the method, when amobile communication device which is subscribed to a first Public Land Mobile Network(PLMN) moves from the first PLMN to a second PLMN, a control message for updating aVisitor Public Land Mobile Network (VPLMN) list present in the mobile communicationdevice is transmitted so that the mobile communication device still can be provided withthe always-on services in the second PLMN. According to the method, it is possible tocontinuously provide a mobile communication device with always-on services even if themobile communication device moves to a new network.
