摘要：Provided are an oscillation circuit and a user equipment. The oscillation circuitcomprises: a current source circuit, a charging and discharging circuit, a first comparator, asecond comparator and an RS trigger, wherein the charging and discharging circuit is

respectively connected to an input end of the first comparator and an input end of thesecond comparator; an output end of the first comparator and an output end of thesecond comparator are connected to the RS trigger; the current source circuit isconnected to the charging and discharging circuit, the first comparator and the secondcomparator; the current source circuit is used for providing a charging current for thecharging and discharging circuit, and respectively providing a first reference voltage and asecond reference voltage for the first comparator and the second comparator; and theratio of the first reference voltage to the charging current and the ratio of the secondreference voltage to the charging current are both fixed values. The present inventioncan realize a zero temperature coefficient and an output frequency which does notchange with the voltage, and effectively simplifies the circuit structure.
