警察院校体育教学教师队伍发展问题及对策论文

警察院校对于学生(特别是公安专业的学生)的身体素质要求一般要高于其他普通高等院校，这样的要求一方面是考虑到学生在校期间需要接受各种公安专业技能训练(如：

擒拿格斗技术、武器使用技术等)，需要良好的身体素质作为支撑条件;另一方面是考虑到大部分的学生毕业后会从事警察事业相关职业，职业的特殊性需要从业人员具备相当的身体素质基础，而从某种意义上说，警察院校的学生属于国家的后备警察，在校期间通过体育教育增强其体质，实际上也是警察队伍建设的一个重要方面，故警察体育课程在警察院校教学课程体系中占有非常重要的地位。而警察院校体育教师作为警察体育课程的主要实施者，其是否具有先进的教学理念、良好的教学能力在很大程度上决定了该类课程教学效果的好坏，教学目的是否能够实现，因此，加强师资队伍建设对于彰显课程设置内涵，推动警察队伍建设等方面都有相当重要的意义。

二、警察院校师资队伍的现状

(一)学历结构。学历是衡量教师的教学水平及科研能力的一个重要指标，提升学历历来都是高校教学改革的一个重要方面。而现阶段警察院校体育教师学历水平较普通院校普遍偏低，虽然很多警察院校在教师队伍建设中已经加大了高学历建设力度，但其着力点大都在于一些专业理论教师，对于警察体育教师的学历培养力度还有待提高。
