As is known to all, an increasing number of people suffer from pessimism caused by life pressure and so on .It is convinced that pessimism makes numerous and detrimental effects on them, which may isolate themselves from
others . On the one hand, people will dwell on their setbacks .As a result, they are apt to have feelings of inadequacy and view themselves as inferiorities .Definitely
they will lack self-assurance to do things. On the other hand, people are likely to worry about their future rather than focus on present. As we can see, pessimist leads an uncomfortable life. By contrast, the optimist’s life is overflowing with delight.
Now that pessimism does harm to you, why not chose to overcome it? Here are plenty of approaches to deal with pessimism. The most significant I think is that you are supposed to believe yourself whenever you are confronted with reversals. In order to become a confident person, you shall try your best to appreciate your advantages more often and not to criticize yourself excessively. Only in this way, can you build up your self-assurance. And second, frustrations and disappointment are unavoidable, which in fact are wealth. So please believe it that failures are temporary and your future must be bright. Conversing with your close friend about your anxiety is another way to conquer pessimism. Habitually your friend will comfort you with reassuring word, which can diminish your high anxiety effectively. All in all, don’t let pessimism stop your step.
