摘要：The invention concerns the field of chemistry and, more particularly, the field oforganic chemistry. The invention specifically relates to novel A-nor steroids according togeneral formula (I) in which R represents hydrogen, a lower alkyl radical having 1 to 7carbon atoms, a lower cycloalkyl radical having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, an aryl radical having5 to 10 carbon atoms, an arylalkyl radical in which the alkyl group has 1 to 6 carbonatoms, or an acyl radical derived from an aliphatic carboxylic acid, from a cycloalkylcarboxylic acid or from an aryl carboxylic acid. The invention also relates to

pharmaceutical compositions containing, as an active substance, at least one compoundof general formula (I) in association or mixed with an excipient or an appropriate vehicle.The inventive pharmaceutical compositions can also contain another active substance thathaving a similar or synergetic action. The compounds of general formula (I) are used asmedicaments that aid in fixing calcium by osteoblasts.
