摘要：One aspect of the invention relates to substitute quinolines with antimalarialactivity, and compositions and kits comprising at least one of them. Another aspect of theinvention relates to methods for the treatment or prevention or both of malariacomprising administering to a subject a therapeutically effective amount of such acompound. Importantly, a number of the compounds show excellent potency againstboth chloroquine-sensitive and chloroquine-resistant strains.
