Here are some reasons for it. First, people eat too much food full of salt, fat and sugar. It is really bad for their health. Second, most of them just sit all day long and hardly do any exercise. It is very easy to get fat because of that. So what should we do to lose weight?
First of all, I think we should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables instead of too much meat. Having a healthy diet is really important. Second, please pay more attention to exercise. Doing sports, such as playing basketball, is one of the best way to keep fit. Third, we had better not eat too much sweet food, because it has more calories. It will cause you to become fatter and fatter.
All in all, I believe we can keep healthy if we do all the things mentioned above.
