摘要：The present invention relates to the field of liquid crystal display, and providesa method for manufacturing an array substrate, the array substrate, and a display device.In the array substrate, a gate insulating layer between source and drain electrodes and apattern of a gate electrode has a thickness greater than that of the gate insulating layerbetween an active layer and the pattern of the gate electrode. Due to the thick gateinsulating layer between the source and drain electrodes and the pattern of the gateelectrodes, the capacitance between the source and drain electrodes and the gateelectrodes will be reduced. As a result, it is able to reduce the capacity of capacitorscorresponding to the source electrode and the drain electrode respectively and reducethe load of a pixel, thereby to reduce the power consumption of the entire display devicewithout affecting a display effect of the array substrate.
