摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain an external preparation for treating dermatosis, readilyhandleable and safe, containing alpha-tocopherol vitamin A acid ester having granulationformation promoting action and antitumor action, dibutylhydroxytoluene (antioxidant)and an oil-based raw material. CONSTITUTION:An external preparation containing (A) 2.0-40.0wt.% alpha-tocopherol vitamin A acid ester shown by the formula, (B) 0.01-5.0wt.%dibutylhydroxytoluene and (C) an oil-based raw material as active ingredients. When thepreparation is used, the viscosity of the external preparation at room temperature ispreferably <=1,000 centipoise. When the external preparation is used as an ointment,0.05-5.0wt.% component A is blended with the components B and C. When used as acream, 0.05-5.0wt.% component A is mixed with the components B and C and further anoil, wax, surfactant and water and pharmaceutically manufactured.
