摘要：A non-limiting example content distribution system comprises a content serverthat is connected communicably with a game apparatus via a network. If it is decided toreservation-purchase of a content according to an operation of a user, the content serverdistributes a reservation content to a game apparatus. The reservation content is acontent that a part of a normal content that can be executed by the game apparatus ischanged to be inexecutable (unable to start). If reaching a date and time of a sale start ofthe content or an executable date and time, the game apparatus is downloaded with amodifying program for the reservation content according to an operation of the user tomodify the reservation content. Therefore, the reservation content can be changed to anormal content.
