摘要：An image scanner for scanning double-sides image of document or beingdivided into two single-side scanner comprises a main body (3) with automatic documentfeeder and image capture device (37), a base (4) and a flatbed scanner with own imagecapture device. The main body (3) can settle on the base to form a sheet feed scanner, orsettle on the flatbed scanner to form a double-side scanner. The automatic documentfeeder do not need a transparent guiding slice, but includes a guiding plate (34) insteadto guide documents into the output tray (32). Both the base (5) and the flatbed scannerhave a groove (44) for receiving the guiding plate (34). Therefore, the automaticdocument feeder do not need to change the transparent guiding slice.
