第一章 LNG储罐安装使用(操作)说明书

1.1概述

目前常用的LNG储罐为双层壳体压力容器,是由一个Q345R 外壳和一个置于其中的0Cr18Ni9内容器组成。内容器用于储存LNG,设计压力≤1.0MPa,外壳用于保冷,设计压力-0.1MPa,夹层真空度≤8Pa(有效容积150立方),填充膨胀珍珠岩,并配有防爆盖。按安装形式分为立式和卧式两种。LNG储罐是按照安全,操作可靠和牢固耐用而设计制造的,在操作LNG储罐时,要严格遵守正确的安全和操作规定,要认真阅读、熟悉、遵循LNG储罐制造单位提供的安装、操作、维护、检修技术手册和本操作说明书。建议我们的客户耍向自己的雇员和客户强调安全和安全操作规定,对于每个操作储罐的人来说,认真阅读本安全章节和手册中列出的所有“警告”和“注意”事项是十分重要的,建议定期回顾这些安全要点。

1.2 LNG储罐到场验收

1) 储罐运到现场应按制造单位提供的发运清单和验收单,组织业主、监理和施

工单位,按相关规范、标准进行验收,并办理验收手续。

2) 储罐外观验收:外表面油漆涂敷均匀、颜色鲜亮、字迹美观、外表面无磕伤,

损坏。

3) 储罐真空度验收:检查防爆盖,抽真空阀,真空规管保护完好,储罐真空度

测量值≤8Pa。

4) 储罐附件验收:按合同双方约定储罐上配置的仪表和阀门等相应附件安装到

位,支架固定可靠,并保证运输过程的安全。备品、配件齐全,仪表和阀门等完好,无质量问题。

5) 技术资料验收:储罐技术资料包括:竣工图,产品质量证明书,强度计算书,

安装、操作、维护、检修技术手册。

6) 储罐出厂时按双方约定装一定的液氮用于氮气封存。 7) 协助业主到当地锅检所办理储罐监检验收手续。

1.3安装

1.3.1卸车及吊装

1) 储罐运到现场后,应该用足够起吊能力的吊车进行卸车,吊装时立式储罐必

须用2台吊车卸车。搬卸,吊运及竖立、安装储罐的正确方法同图示

2) 储罐运到现场前,应做好储罐放置地点的准备和防护,由于储罐的特殊结构

和操作使用的特殊要求,放置地点要进行隔离,未经许可设备、人员不得进入,外露的仪表和阀门等要做防护,并派人看护。在多数情况下,LNG贮罐释易受到损坏。这可能是由于未经允许的人员操作造成损伤,以及有其它设备移入贮罐所在区域所致,也或者二者兼而有之。由于外部暴露,要用栏杆或支架做防护。

3) 储罐卸车前,应做好一切准备工作,卧式储罐应准备垫木,立式储罐应准备

沙袋。

4) 卸车时储罐吊装的吊点,必须按储罐制造单位提供的储罐吊装吊点,进行吊

装。卧式储罐的吊点为上部四个吊耳,立式储罐的吊点为上部的二个吊耳和储罐的下部支座。

5) 储罐卸至放置地点时,卧式储罐鞍式支下要用垫木垫平,垫稳。立式储罐要

用沙袋垫好至少两个以上设备托堆,把储罐放平,托稳。

6) 立式储罐安装固定在设备基础上之前,为防止翻倒,造成设备损坏,不要将

储罐竖立起来。

1.3.2安装就位

1) 立式储罐安装时,应先将储罐竖立,采用1台主吊车吊立式储罐的上部吊耳,

另1台副吊车吊立式储罐的下部支座,主吊车提升、副吊车溜放,缓慢的将立式储罐竖立。

2) 储罐吊装就位,安装找正,地脚螺栓穿入设备底板螺栓孔锁紧,将垫铁之间

点焊。并连接固定储罐静电接地装置。

3) LNG储罐的安装要在熟悉储罐结构和用途的人员监督下进行。按照安装要求,

所有与储罐相连的现场直立管线和连接处都要做最大操作压力测试,检查是否泄漏。

1.3.3储罐管口、仪表及安全装置

1)储罐管口:

一般储罐上配有7个对外连接的接管口,其管口代号,用途如下: a管口:顶部进液接口,用于卸车时从罐的上部进液。

b管口:底部进液接口,用于卸车时从罐的底部进液,也用于储罐的自增压时,出液到储罐自增压汽化器接口。

c管口:液体出口,用于出液到主汽化器。 d管口:液面计液相接口,接液面计液相接口。

e管口:气相出口,用于出气和安全排放,也用于储罐自增压时,从储罐自增压汽化器气相口进气。

f管口:液面计气相口,接压力表和气相接口。 g管口:液体充满溢流口,用于储罐的测满。 j-1管口:远传液相接口。 j-2管口:远传气相接口。 2)仪表及安全装置:

储罐上配有盘式压力表和盘式液面计各一块,并预留远传变送器和远传传压差变送器接口。

储罐上配有防爆盖,抽真空阀,真空规管,用途和位置如下:

防爆盖:设在储罐外壳的上部,为夹层真空吸附密封,不得随意撬动开启!防爆盖用于保护内置压力容器和真空壳体。

真空规管:储罐外壳底部设有一个测真空接口,为测真空仪表接口,不得随意撬动开启!

抽真空阀;储罐外壳底部设有一个抽真空堵盖,为夹层真空密封件, 不得随意撬动开启!

1.4操作

1.4.1概况

本部份介绍了储罐的准备、预充装,气体使用、液体输送及再充装工序。在进行

本部份内所包括的任何工序以前,要了解储罐随附手册中的管线简图和说明,熟悉储罐控制装置的位置和功能。 1.4.2贮罐吹扫及预冷

储罐在首次使用前必须用干燥氮气进行吹扫及预冷。最大吹扫应相当干最大工作压力的50%,或者至少不低于0 2MPa这个压力。

在吹扫前,应拧松液位计两端的接头,完全打开液位显示液相阀和液位显示气相阀。检查排放的气流中是否含有水份。如有水份,应继续排放,直到无水份停止排放。并将液位计两端的接头拧紧。并关闭平衡阀,使液位计处于正常工作状态。

储罐在首次进LNG时,应用LNG气体置换储罐内的液氮或氮气。先打开出液阀(c管口)排空液氮或氮气,然后关闭出液阀。打开气相阀(e管口),通过卸车台将LNG罐箱内的LNG气体导入储罐内。罐内压力升至0.1-0.2MPa,关闭气相阀(e管口),稳定3分钟,打开出液阀(c管口)排空。如此反复2-3次,置换结束。可用可燃气体检测仪或排空气体取样做点火试验,来检查置换程度。

首次进LNG时,要对储罐进行预冷或检查储罐以前预冷的情况,应严格控制进液速度,缓慢操作。先缓慢打开上进液阀(a管口),通过卸车台将罐箱内的LNG导入储罐内,由于LNG入储罐内有一个气化滞后的过程,要仔细必要观察罐内压力升高的速度,进液量一定要小,压力升至0.3 MPa时,打开气体排放阀降压,必要时关闭上进液阀。通过不断的进液和排气,对储罐进行预冷。当经过一段时间的进液量控制,罐内压力稳定,液位计显示罐内有一定液位时,可逐步开大上进液阀,并打开下进液阀(b管口)。 1.4.3首次充液

首次充液时,应注意以下事项:打开上、下充装阀(a管口)和(b管口),顶、底部同时充装。在充装过程中同时注意观察液位计读数,打开液体充满溢流阀(g管口),排放储罐内的气体,直至有LNG的气体排出时,立即关闭充满溢流阀(g管口)。

当充装至储罐的50%以上容积时,应关闭下充装阀(b管口)。

当充装到储罐容积的85%时,应关闭上充装阀(a管口),并停止充装3分钟,以使筒内液面镇静,然后打开上充装阀(a管口)继续充装,

并打开液体充满溢流阀(g管口),直到有液体从充满溢流阀(g管口)流出时,立即关闭充满溢流阀(g管口),停止充装并关闭上充液阀(a管口)。

注:储罐在首次正式充装时,内筒处于常温”暖储罐”状态,因此必须将其预冷。所以,首次预充装将会消耗一定量的液体,而且气相压力力升高较快,属正常现象。

1.4.4再充装程序

储罐在首次正式充装后,进行再充装时,储罐内的气相压力应尽可能减低。 顶、底部同时充装,同时注意观察液位计读数,当液位显示约50%满时,应关闭下充装阀(b管口),当充装至储罐容积的85%时,应关闭上充装阀(a管口),并停止充装3分钟,以使筒内液面镇静,然后打开充装阀(a接口)继续充装,直到有液体从溢流阀排出时,关闭溢流阀并停止充装,同时关闭上充液阀(a管口)。

在充装过程中观察压力表。如果压力上升至高于充装输送压力或接近安全阀压力,必须打开气体排放阀将储罐内的气体进行适量排放。 1.4.5储罐的使用

储罐在正常使用前检查各阀门是否处于以下状态: 阀门 状态

顶部充装阀 关闭 底部充装阀 关闭 排放阀 关闭 溢流阀 关闭 液位计均衡阀 关闭 液体出口控制阀 关闭 液位显示液相阀 开启 液侠显示气相阀 开启

以上各相关阀门处于上述状态时,方可按使用目的及要求,开始正常工作。 注意:储罐在使用一段时间后,应拧紧所有的紧固件(如螺栓、螺母、阀门的填料压盖等),以防止这些零部件从常温至低温工作状态时的冷缩而造成密封面泄浦。 1.4.6提高储罐压力

储罐气相压力的提高可通过自增压器使液体汽化后的气体返回储罐顶部,使罐内压力保持相对稳定,同时通过调节增压管路上的调压阀,可以调节储罐内的气相压力。 1.4.7降低储罐压力

打开气体排放阀,使储罐内气相压力降低到不大于压力调节阀新设定的压力后,关闭气体排放阀。

1.5保养

1.5.1维护

LNG储罐产品,本身无需什么维护,只是外壳不得受任何撞击,并请按规定进行

相关操作。外配阀门管件,应保持清洁完整,阀门应能开关灵括,填料部分如有微漏,应压紧填料压盖。如阀门的阀芯不

能关闭严密,应更换阀芯密封垫。

外配阀门、仪表,应保持清洁完好,并按规定进行定期校验。所有阀门的开启或关闭,都应文明操作,不得用铁锤敲打。正常使用的情况下,每年应对全部的阀门管件及仪表进行一次检查和维护,易损件(如阀门密封垫)进行更换。 1.5.2故障及检查

如果储罐在开始使用后,并接上列说明操作,出现不正常现象时,请及时与储罐制造单位客户服务部联系。(按储罐制造单位的供货范围,将对所提供的储罐的真空度及蒸发率负责或按订货合同议定内容)。

1.6安全、警告、注意

1.6.1安全

储罐的安装使用区域内,得有火种火源,必须配备有合适的消防器材。 非经过培训的操作人员,不得上岗进行操作。现场严禁吸烟。

对阀门的检修工作,应尽量安排在年度的检修计划中,如因特殊情况,需及时进行检修,也应尽量安排在罐内液体排尽的条件下进行。

检修工作中,需要动火时,应检查并确认动火处的管道内已将残余的LNG排清,并用氯气进行吹扫后,将管内气体取样分析,经安全部门确认后,方可施工。

立式储罐的气相管路系统中设置有两组安全排放装置(应包括两只安全阀及两只爆破片),两组可以同时工作,也可以切换为一组工作,一组备用。 1.6.2.注意

操作人员的衣服应为棉制,严禁穿戴可能引起静电的化纤衣服,脚部应穿没有铁钉的皮靴,并应在贮罐放置处永久性贴出类以如下警告:严禁烟火。

只能使用与液化天然气相容的替换零件,零件要经过清洗,不要用已在压缩空气环境下使用过的调节器、接头、软管等。 1.6.3 警告

1) 在密封情况下,LNG气体会降低空间顶部维持生命所需的氧气浓度。处于这种氧气不足的环境下,会导致失去知觉和严重的伤害,甚至死亡,并且在适当条件下,LNG气体极易会引起燃烧和爆炸。

2)在拆卸零件或拧松接头之前,耍排空其中液体,并用安全方式释放挥发气体的压力,外部阀门和接头会变得非常冷、如未加以正确防护,会造或人员灼伤。任何

时候,如要拆卸零件或拧松接头,必须戴上防护手套和跟罩,如不遵守此要求,会因极冷和储罐内部压力造成人员伤害。

3)如不小心使皮肤或眼睛接触到LNG会导致类似烧伤的冷灼伤,搬运液体要注意不要使其溅落或溢出。要对眼睛、皮肤等易与LNG、冷冻管和冷冻设备或冷冻气体接触的地方进行保护,如会产生液体喷射或飞溅,或者冷冻气体会从设备内强烈喷出.耍戴上防护镜或面套,建议戴上易于脱下的防护手套和长套袖,保护胳膊,要穿上无箍口长裤,裤管要盖住鞋子,以挡住溢出的液体。

1.8 LNG储罐安装吊装注意事项

LNG低温储罐结构特殊,储罐单台设备重量大,吊装要求较高,为保证储罐

安装吊装的安全,特制定本事项:

1) LNG储罐安装吊装前,必须按现场和吊装设备情况,制定储罐安装吊装方案,

吊装方案应至少包括有:现场总指挥,吊装指挥,人员配备和分工,安全和检验人员,吊装设备和吊具、工具,吊装方法,计划、安全措施等。吊装方案应报公司主管领导审批。

2) 储罐安装吊装前,应与吊装方签定吊装合同和吊装安全协议书。吊装方应仔

细的查看吊装现场,与现场项目经理沟通确定吊装方法。

3) 储罐吊装的吊点,必须按储罐制造单位提供的储罐吊装吊点,进行吊装。严

禁在非起吊点用钢丝绳捆绑吊装。

4) 储罐的吊耳与起吊钢丝绳,用钢卸扣连接,起吊储罐用的钢丝绳要一样长,

确保储罐吊起时的平行。

5) 吊装前储罐基础应验收合格,储罐安装用垫铁,地脚螺栓,安装找正,找平

工具和仪器准备到位。

6) 吊装前应按安装吊装方案,对现场道路、场地,吊装前的准备工作,工具、

垫木、沙袋等,进行全面检查并确认。吊车进场后,应对吊装设备,吊具、人员配备等,按吊装合同和吊装安全协议书,进行全面检查并确认。确认吊装前的各项工作到位后,方可进行吊装。

7) 吊装时要统一指挥,按吊装方案各分工人员全部到岗,无关人员要全部撤离

吊装现场。

8) 卧式储罐和罐箱的吊装,宜采用2台吊车各吊储罐和罐箱一端的吊点,平行

吊装。采用1台吊车吊装时,起吊钢丝绳与储罐的角度须大于35°,并保证平行吊装。

9) 立式储罐的吊装,必须采用2台吊车吊装,进行卸车和安装。安装前应先将

储罐竖立,采用1台主吊车吊立式储罐的上部吊耳,另1台副吊车吊立式储罐的下部支座,主吊车提升、副吊车溜放,缓慢的将立式储罐竖立。

阀门的周围环境温度达到75℃时,易熔塞内部的易熔金属就会熔化,汽缸内的工作压力就会泄掉,活塞在弹簧的作用下带动阀杆与阀瓣向下运动,密封件压紧阀座,阀门关闭

2.5.1焊接作业要领

在焊接前必须彻底清扫管道内的异物,反复确认管道内有无异物,然后再安装焊接。

2.5.2安装姿势

要按照阀体侧面所表示的流向进行配管安装。安装在液相管道上的阀门原则上要垂直安装。不得不带角度时在45度的范围内安装。严禁在45度的范围以上或横向、朝下安装,否则将会因结霜(冰)造成无法工作。 2.5.3配管安装方向

按照阀体上所示的流向进行配管安装 2.5.4阀体配管焊接(氩弧焊)要领

1) 开袋后也可以直接就焊。(为防万一还是先确认焊接开口处的清洁状态为好,

3) 焊接时要使阀门处于开启状态,并用清洁的保护气体进行保护焊接。此外,

如果先把阀体(件号1)与阀盖(件号13-3)分解只剩阀体与管道进行焊接时,只要按照上述方法进行作业的话也没有问题,但是,在焊接结束进行组装时,必须要使阀门处于开的位置再装入阀体,拧上螺丝。

4) 只剩阀体进行焊接后必须做气密试验,确认垫片(件号4)有无泄漏。 2.5.5为安装稳定加支撑

为阀门整体的稳定性,在图示处加上支撑板,将支撑板固定于支架或罐体上。

2.6阀门的操作

1) 只要从阀门气动空气供给口送入指定的压力,气体阀就能打开。 2) 手动操作:向逆时针转动顶部手轮(件号36)即可手动开启阀门。 3) 在空气操作时气动头工作时,应向右转动顶部手轮使开启指示器(件号37)

处于最低点(即看不见开关指示器下方坐标的红漆部分)。

4) 如果用顶部手轮手动使阀门处于开启状态后(即能看见开关指示器下方坐标

的红漆部分),即使排放了气动头内的操作空气也不能使阀门全开。 5) 在不使用手动操作时,必须看不见开关指示器下方的红漆部分。在用顶部手

轮手动使阀门处于开启状态(能看见开关指示器下方坐标的红漆部分)时,即使排放了气动头内部的操作空气也不能使阀门全关。

2.7日常检修保养

2.7.1日常检查

1) 确认气动头与下部截止作用阀门连结处的压盖部有无泄漏。 2) 确认阀盖(件号2)与阀体(件号1)的连接处有无泄漏。 3) 确认开关时有无异常声音或异常冲击。 4) 确认螺栓螺母有无松动。 5) 确认气缸处有无泄漏。 2.7.2 详细检查

3.6阀门的操作

1)截止阀为手动操作

用手转动手轮感觉到阀门已处于全关位置后,再稍微加点劲转动一下阀门即可关闭阀门。在这种情况下,如果还用力拧紧手轮或者使用加力杆等辅助工具的话,将会严重损伤密封垫片和阀座,造成阀门使用寿命短缩。此外,如果不用大力无法关紧阀门时,应考虑在阀座处发生了有杂物咬住等情况,故需要检修。请勿使用加力杆等辅助工具开关阀门。

2)止回阀为自动操作。

3.7日常检修保养

4.2.2工作原理

安全阀是在内部压力产生的力与弹簧力达到平衡而实现密封,当内部压力产生的力逐渐接近弹簧力时,密封就会失去平衡,开始细微外泄。内部压力产生的力逐渐升高,阀瓣达到开启高度进行排放 。随着流体的被排出,内部压力逐渐降低。不久,当弹簧力超过内部压力产生的力时,阀瓣又被弹簧压回到阀座上。

4.5安装

4.5.1安全阀的安装位置

1) 安全阀应安装在易维护、检修的地方。

2) 要注意在安全阀作用时不会对人产生危害,且要垂直于地面安装。 4.5.2安全阀的进口管安装

1) 为了减小管道的流动阻力,防止安全阀振动或排量不足,进口管的长度应尽

可能短,一般情况下进口管的流阻应小于安全阀整定压力的3%,或不超过起闭压差的50%。

2) 安全阀作用时,在排出方向的反方向会产生反作用力。在安装进口管时要 充分考虑反作用力产生的压缩、剪断、折弯应力的影响,使其具有足够的强度。

3) 安装前应注意确保管道吹除干净。

4) 安装在压力容器上的安全阀,需经使用单位主管压力容器安全的技术负责人

批准,设计部门同意并制定可靠的防范措施,方可在安全阀的进口管上装设截止阀门。设备正常运行期间截止阀必须保证全开,加铅封或锁定,截止阀的结构和通径应不妨碍安全阀的安全泄放。

4.5.3安全阀的排放管安装

(1)安全阀排放管内径应大于安全阀出口通径。

(2)排放管的流动阻力应小于安全阀整定压力的10%,以免造成过高的背压,影响安全

动作。

(3)排放管应装适当的支撑,以防止管道应力附加到安全阀上,影响安全阀的性能。

(4)原则上一只安全阀应单独使用一根排放管,两只以上安全阀共用一根排放管时,排放管要有足够的排放面积,且每个分支排放管与总排放管的结合处,流向的转折应尽可能小。

(5)对易燃介质或毒性程度为极度,高度或中度危害介质的压力容器,应在安全阀的排放管出口装设导管,将排放介质引至安全地点,并进行妥善处理,不得直接排入大气。

4.6阀门的操作

任何时候,出现安全阀起跳现象时,可立即打开排空阀,降低罐内压力,并停止其它任何操作;

4.7日常检修保养

(1)安全阀在安装使用前,应在竟当地锅检所校验,调整到图纸设计的压力,并检查关闭件以及可拆卸连接处的密封性。由锅检所出具校验报告,挂牌。

(2)按国家标准规定每年进行一次定期校验。

4.8故障分析与排除

安全阀安装后,由于使用不当,往往会造成许多故障。这些故障如果得不到及时地排除,就会影响安全阀的作用和使用寿命。常见故障主要有: 4.8.1安全阀泄漏

设备在运行工作压力下,阀瓣与阀座密封面发生超过允许程度的渗漏,其原因可 能是:

1) 有杂物在密封面上。

安装前未完全使用压缩空气进行清扫的情况,或者流体中混有固体杂质进入试运转的情况,或者使其进行必要的作动情况,都会使得杂物进入阀座与阀芯之间被夹住。此时如果是很简单就可以取下杂物的话,通过手动操作取下。但如取下后仍有泄漏可以考虑以下原因:可能是阀座与阀芯的密封面损伤;另外可能是杂物嵌入阀座或阀芯中。如果出现这种情况在用户处理比较困难的情况下,要返送给制造厂修理。 2) 管道内部作用力 a)人为因素

在将安全阀安装在管道上的过程中,强行将其回转时,其阀座有可能被回转,此时安全阀调整环的位置有可能发生变化或者密封面被强行磨损。动作性能变低的情况可能发生。如出现这种情况按状况不同既可以在用户现场处理也可以返厂处理,但是充分把握状况迅速作出判断是必要的。

b)内部作用力的因素

管道内的焊接残留作用力对安全阀产生的坏影响。此时发生的问题与上述情况几乎完全一致。所以,在安装管道时要充分考虑管道内作用力的吸收作用。此点是非常重要的。

c)安全阀的整定压力与设备正常工作压力太接近,以致密封面上的密封比压力过低,当安全阀受震动或介质压力波动时更容易发生泄漏。在满足强度的条件下,应适当提高安全阀的整定压力。

3)弹簧松弛使整定压力降低,引起安全阀泄漏。

造成弹簧松弛的主要原因可能为校验安全阀完毕后,安全阀的调整螺杆未锁紧,在设备运行中松动,弹簧松弛,预紧力下降,造成安全阀提前开启。应重新校验安全阀。

4.8.2安全阀启闭不灵活

其原因可能是:

(1)安全阀的调节圈调整不当,造成安全阀开启过程延长或回座迟缓,应重新进行调整。通过调整下调节圈,提高回座压力。

(2)安全阀的排放管阻力过大,排放时有较大的背压,使安全阀开高不足。要把安全阀的排气管改为直通室外,去处中间的转弯处,安全阀的工作就正常了。 4.8.3安全阀频跳或震颤

其原因可能是:

(1)安全阀的排放量过大。应当使所选用安全阀的额定排量尽可能接近设备的必须排放量。

(2)进口管道口径太小或阻力太大。

(3)排放管道阻力过大,造成排放时过大的背压。应降低排放管道阻力。 (4)调节圈调整不当,使回座压力过高。应重新调整调节圈位置。

4.9运输

第六章、低温液体空温式汽化器(增压器)安装使用说明书

6.1概述

低温液体空温式汽化器(增压器)是利用大气自然温度和环境中自然对流的空气加热低温液体,使其汽化成气体的一种换热设备,该产品设计结构新颖,采用的材料具有极高的抗氧蚀性,换热效果优良,具有无能耗,无污染,使用使命长,设备中无运动零部件,所以其性能相当稳定.维护简单,是一种高效、经济的换热设备,维修,操作简要等优点,因此能节省大量的设备运行费用。

6.3结构特点与工作原理结构说明

低温液体空温式汽化器(增压器)按安装形式分为立式和卧式两种,均采用星型翅片管式联接而成,独特的梁式联接提高了负载能力及整体刚性,每个铝台金导热元件有8个导热翅片,其两端间距为0 16—0 2 rn,大大提高了汽化性能并加快了融霜速度,改善了通风效果。翅片管与翅片管采用菱形连接,四周为桥式连接,无框架,整个结构既美观又大方。进液及出气管口,采用活套法兰连接,安装方便。

6.4材料及工艺

所有零件均采用高性能铝合金及不锈钢制成,具有优秀的低温强度及导热性,耐腐蚀。焊接均采用氩弧焊,焊缝美观可靠,出厂前经过严格的去油脱脂和压力试验。

6.4性能

完美的设计及严格的生产控制使汽化器有足够的汽化能力,一般可连续工作8小时,在一定状态下,可连续无间断使用。

6.5安装

6.5.1到场验收

1)低温液体空温式汽化器(增压器)运到现场,应按制造单位提供的发运清单和验收单,组织业主、监理和施工单位,按相关规范、标准进行验收,并办理验收手续。

2)低温液体空温式汽化器(增压器)外观验收:设备无磕伤,损坏,保护完好。 3)低温液体空温式汽化器(增压器),按合同双方约定配置的相应附件齐,支架固定可靠,并保证运输过程的安全。备品、配件齐全,无质量问题。

4)技术资料验收,技术资料包括:产品质量证明书,安装、操作、维护、使用说明书。

6.5.2卸车、吊装及安装

1)卸车时汽化器(增压器)的吊点,必须按制造单位提供的吊装吊点,进行吊装。卧式增压器的槽钢框架吊点为,立式汽化器的吊点为上部的二个吊耳和下部支座。

2)汽化器(增压器)须放置于配种平整的基础上,与周边障碍物要保持一定距离,以便有良好的通风条件,底板应用地脚螺栓固定。

3)立式储罐安装时,应采用1台主吊车吊立式储罐的上部吊耳,另1台副吊车吊立式储罐的下部支座,主吊车提升、副吊车溜放,缓慢的将立式储罐竖立。

4)汽化器(增压器)吊装就位,安装找正,地脚螺栓穿入设备底板螺栓孔锁紧,将垫铁之间点焊。并连接固定储罐静电接地装置。

5)所有可用阀门切断管路部件应配有安全阀。 6)保持系统管道内部干燥无水 7)管路和阀门均应严格去油脱脂;

6.6使用和维护说明

1)使用前先检查密封性,不泄露,试压气源用干燥的氮气或空气。

2)检查完查密封性后,用干燥的氮气或空气吹扫汽化器及其连接管道5—10分钟。

3)操作规程:

首先将系统的供液阀,排气阀关闭,然后缓慢打开,当管外出现霜雾时,缓慢开启排气阀,再逐步开大排气阀,直至汽化用量到要求后,稳定阀门开启程度。
