摘要：The invention describes a method, system, and computer-readable mediumhaving computer-executable instructions for identifying a relationship among the partiesto a transaction (figure 5). The inventive method includes receiving data related to anevent (501), where the data includes one or more data elements. The inventive methodalso includes selecting the data elements that identify the relationship among the partiesto the transaction, determining whether additional data elements are required to identifythe relationship among the parties to the transaction, and identifying the additional dataelements (502, 503). The event may be an exchange of data between the parties over acommunication network, and the data related to the event may be stored in a usagerecord (504). The additional data element may identify the relationship among theparties, called a contract (506).
