摘要：An apparatus for measuring flowable substance which has at least threemicrowave sensor elements arranged at separate locations in a measurement chamber incontact with the flowable substance. The sensor elements operate as at least twotransmitter-receiver pairs, which transmit and receive microwave radiation via at last twopaths of different lengths, through layers of dirt on the sensor elements and theflowable substance for eliminating an effect of dirt layers on the sensor elements fromthe measurement result. A signal processing unit has a controller which is configured tocontrol feed of at least one substance which has an effect on the measured value of theflowable substance to the chamber on the basis of the measured value of the desiredproperty of the flowable substance.
