pBI121-EGFP载体是由采用pBI121和EGFP标签改造而来,是植物表达载体,带有Kanamycin卡纳霉素抗性,可转化进大肠杆菌DH5α,通过Kan筛选大量复制扩增,培养条件是LB,37℃。pBI121-EGFP载体的启动子是35s,可以通过农杆菌介导在植物细胞中表达EGFP绿色荧光蛋白,标签有N-10*His,N-EGFP,C-6*His,可选用镍柱纯化。pBI121-EGFP的酶切位点有XhoI,NcoI,SalI,SpeI,XbaI,SmaI,BamHI,SacI,EcoRI,可根据需求适当选用酶切位点.pBI121-EGFP载体序列:
