Connection of cables shouldbe correct. 2. 机械/电气操作试验 Mechanical/electrical Operation test 2.1 机械操作试验 a. 刀开关断路器手动进行合分5次操作应无异常现象。 Mechanical Knife switch should be switched on/off 5 times manually without faults occurred. operation test b. 刀开关三相同期性≤2mm。 Three-phase of knife switch should be act synchronously within 2mm error band c. 插入式、抽屉式器件应锁定正确可靠,推入抽出轻松,联锁机械应可靠。 Drawout devices should be locked correctly and reliably. 3. 保护电路连续性试验 Continuity tes of protection Circuit 3.1 目视保护电路的连续性应可靠,装置有明显的接地保护及标志。 Continuity of protection circuit should be reliable by eye inspection.. Equipment has grounding protection and marks evidently. 3.2 用数字微欧计,测5个以上保护导体端子与装置总接地导体间的电值不大于10mΩ。 By using digital micro-ohm meter to measure resistance between more than 5 protection conductors and general grounding conductor, the resulted resistance is not larger than 10 6.4mΩ micro-ohm. 4. PLC模块测试 4.1 通电检测各模块指示灯是否正常。连接计算机,测试通讯是否正常 4.2 开关量输入模块,根据I/O地址表,在相应端子上短接,以检查数字量输 入DI模块上相应地址发光二极管的变化,同时可用编程器或通过监控软件检查相应地址的0、1状态变化; 4.3 开关量输出模块, 据I/O地址表,使用一般PLC系统具有的强制输出功能,通过对应输出地址的强制开或关,观察相应地址发光二极管的变化,并从相应端子检查0、1状态的变化 4.4 模拟量输入模块,按I/O地址分配表,在相应端子排上用精密信号发生器加入相应的模拟量信号,同时用通过监控软件检查PLC系统所采集到的数值,根据软件内部设定的量程来检查模拟量输入回路的精度是否 符合工艺操作的要求 4.5 模拟量输出模块,据I/O表地址,在监控软件上强制输出模拟信号,检查模拟量输出回路相应端子上的信号是否符合要求。 经上述项目检查,产品质量合格准予出厂
